What is Depression?
Depression is very common & it can be treated with the help of your doctor.

- Are crying so easily even on small matters?

- Are you feeling tired & lack energy, so even small tasks take extra effort?
- Are you experiencing unexplained physical problems, such as headaches or back pain?
- Do you experience troubles in thinking, concentrating, making decisions & remembering things?
- Are you feeling miserable without really knowing why?
How to solve:
- Get treatment at the earliest sign of a problem to help prevent depression from worsening.
- Consider getting long-term maintenance treatment to help prevent a relapse of symptoms.
- Depression can happen at any age but often begins in the teens, 20s, or 30s.
- Depression is more common among females compared to males.
- Addiction (alcohol, tobacco, opium, cannabis, etc) can increase the risk of depression.
- Serious or chronic illness, including cancer, stroke, chronic pain or heart disease, etc makes you prone to have depression.
