The clinic is managed by Dr. Anupsinh H Chhasatia. Li Sampurnaa Mind Care clinic is located at Manjalpur, Vadodara. The clinic is well approachable from all areas of Vadodara.  It is advisable to take prior appointments, though walk-in patients are also allowed. The clinic is on the 3rd floor of the building but a lift facility is available. There is ample parking space available nearby.
